Based in Richardson, Texas, the Texas Commercial Collection Agency Association (“Association”) represents the interests of the commercial collection industry to the people and state of Texas. The Association unites collection agencies and attorneys to openly exchange ideas and lobby together to improve the industry’s performance, reputation and goals.
The Association was founded with the recognition that the commercial collection industry in the State of Texas has lacked basic representation and tools to facilitate mutual growth. By leveraging the talents, experience, expertise and networks of some of Texas’ oldest and most successful commercial collection agencies and attorneys, the Association has successfully represented the industry from its inception.
